This section covers common errors, connectivity issues, and unexpected bot behavior. Each page describes the cause of a specific error and the steps you can take from the dashboard, exchange settings, or wallet configuration to resolve it.
All remedies on these pages are user-actionable — no server access, no source code edits, and no deployment changes are required. If an issue persists after following the steps, contact Aegis support.
Error categories

Before contacting support

- Confirm your exchange account has sufficient balance and margin
- Check the exchange status page for ongoing maintenance or incidents
- Review the dashboard activity log for recent error events
